"Shifting" Gears
Remember those gorgeous Lilly Pulitzer dresses that I purchased for my husband's homecoming? They arrived today from Bloomingdales. I'm sad to say, my dress looked like a potato sack on. So, I had to go back to the drawing board. What I am very happy to announce, is that when one door closes, another one opens! I found an adorable (and more affordable) dress at Dillards for myself. I ended up ordering a different Lilly dress for my two daughters. Both dresses are pink and white seersucker and scream Summer! Overall, I could not be more pleased with my backup plan.
Though the girl's dresses and mine are not a perfect match, I don't think that it will show in photos. I also plan to switch out the belt that is attached to my dress. What do you think?
